最近出台的《海南省农村(社区)党组织和村(居)委会干部补贴发放实施办法》(以下简称《办法》)规定,在职农村两委干部的补贴,按照月人均标准不低于500元按月发放。《办法》还规定对离任农村两委干部按任职时间不同逐月或一次性发放生活补贴。
The recently promulgated “Measures for the Implementation of the Subsidies for the Distribution of Cadres in Party Groups and Village (Habitat) Committees in Rural Areas of Hainan Province” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) stipulates that the subsidies for serving cadres in rural and urban areas should not be lower than 500 per month Yuan is paid monthly. The Measures also stipulate that subsistence allowances should be paid monthly or one-time on the basis of the different working posts of rural cadres who left the country.
