本文报告1例成人急性淋巴细胞白血病患者采用胎肝移植获得成功。该患共移植5个女性胎肝,于第五个胎肝细胞输入后26天取胸骨骨髓及外周血做染色体、(?)系统、红细胞同工酶等检测证实胎肝细胞在受体内植活。其中染色体嵌合体持续一年以上,是目前国内外同类研究嵌合体维持时间最长的1例。
This article reports the successful outcome of fetal liver transplantation in 1 adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia. A total of 5 female fetal liver grafts were obtained. Chromosomes were obtained from the sternal bone marrow and peripheral blood 26 days after the fifth fetal liver cells were transplanted. The detection of erythrocyte isoenzymes confirmed that the fetal hepatocytes were implanted in the recipient live. Chromosome chimera which lasts more than one year, is the longest chondrocyte maintenance time at home and abroad one case.
