目的:评价气压弹道/超声碎石清石系统治疗复杂性膀胱结石的疗效及优点。方法:25例膀胱结石均使用瑞士EMS公司生产的第四代气压弹道超声碎石清石系统进行碎石和清石。结果:全部患者均获得手术成功,手术平均时间25～60min,平均38min,总体清石率100%。结论:耻骨上经皮气压弹道联合超声碎石是一种高效、安全的治疗复杂性膀胱结石的方法。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and advantages of pneumatic ballistic / ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of complex bladder stones. Methods: Twenty-five cases of bladder stones were treated with the fourth generation pneumatic lithotripsy lithotripsy system manufactured by Swiss EMS Company for gravel and clear stone. Results: All the patients were successful in operation. The average time of operation was 25-60 minutes with an average of 38 minutes and the overall rate of clear stone was 100%. Conclusion: The suprapubic transcutaneous pneumatic ballistic combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy is a highly effective and safe method for the treatment of complex bladder stones.
