试验研究了超低温贮存顽拗型(RecaIcitrant)种子茶籽的技术,结果表明,采用铝箔/薄膜复合袋密封包装,将含水量8%至13.83%的种子直接快速投入液氮,35℃温水解冻方式,能保持生活力,最适含水量为13.83%,经118天贮存后发芽率93.3%,且均成苗,液氮贮存后的最适发芽方法是在5%水分(W/W)沙床中于5±1℃预吸处理15天,然后移至25℃发芽,预处理后的种子,细胞膜修复能力增强,渗漏物减少,发芽率提高。
The results showed that seed with 8% -13.83% water content was quickly and directly poured into liquid nitrogen and thawed at 35 ℃ in warm water with aluminum foil / film composite bag.
