作者通过对四川岗、D型杂交水稻协作组的调查,总结了协作组培育推广成批杂交稻强优势组合,推动农业生产的发展,促进高校农业教育改革和农业科学技术进步的成绩.在此基础上,分析了协作组不断发展的原因,研究了影响高校横向科技联合的重要因素,概括出了互相需要共同发展,互利互惠,平等协商、互相尊重,从实际出发实行有偿合同制,政府有关部支持和扶持五点对发展高校横向科技联合的启示.
Based on the investigation of Sichuan Gang and D type hybrid rice cooperatives, the author summarizes the achievements of cooperative group in cultivating and promoting the superior combination of batch hybrid rice, promoting the development of agricultural production, and promoting the reform of agricultural education and agricultural science and technology in colleges and universities.
