房地产业的健康发展必须在正确的理念指导下进行,房地产市场的无序竞争,价格的暴涨暴跌,宏观调控的失灵,最终归结为理念的缺失。拘泥于微观的具体事务性观察、研究与干涉,只会带来莫衷一是的无休止争议与对包括政府、房地产商等各主体的无尽指责,为此,应确立依法宏观调控下的尊重市场经济规律理念;立足国情节约用地理念;城乡统筹发展理念和规范、有序、协调、可持续发展理念,不断调适房地产发展中的误区,促进房地产业的健康、快速发展。
The healthy development of the real estate industry must be carried out under the guidance of the correct concept. The disorderly competition in the real estate market, the upsurge in prices and the failure of macroeconomic regulation and control eventually come down to the lack of concepts. Specially observing, investigating and interdisciplinary activities that are specific to the microeconomy will only bring endless controversies and unrestricted accusations against various entities including the government and real estate developers. To this end, we should establish a law of respecting market economy under the macro-control of law Concept; based on national conditions and land-saving ideas; urban and rural development philosophy and norms, orderly, coordinated and sustainable development concept, and constantly adjust the real estate development in the errors, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the real estate industry.
