随着人口老龄化的加剧,研究老年人力资源开发是一项重要而紧迫的任务。本文拟从低龄退休老年人力资源的视角,对这部分人群的开发潜力进行分析,并提出相应的开发思路。
As the population ages, it is an important and urgent task to study the development of elderly human resources. This article intends to analyze the potential of this part of the population from the perspective of retired elderly human resources at a younger age and put forward corresponding development ideas.
