本文论述了微机电子天平的工作原理和2kg微电脑电子天平研制过程中遇到的问题以及采取的相应措施。 文章从理论上分析了电子天平中传感器的静态变换相对误差和传感器的非线性产生的原因。提出了解决非线性的相应措施。 文章阐述了应用微机技术解决双积分ADC出现零漂和零区问题的理论根据及相应措施。提出了应用微机技术简化电路的方案。
This article discusses the working principle of microcomputer electronic balance and 2kg microcomputer electronic balance encountered in the process of development and the corresponding measures taken. The article analyzes theoretically the relative error of the static transformation of the sensor in the electronic balance and the reason of the nonlinearity of the sensor. Proposed to solve the nonlinear response. The article expounds the theoretical basis and corresponding measures to solve the problem of zero drift and zero zone of double integral ADC by using microcomputer technology. Proposed the use of computer technology to simplify the circuit program.
