砷的極譜分析法在文献上記載得不算少,但文献上所發表的数据却極不一致。 Kacirkova氏發現As (3+)在1NHCI中显二个極化波,它們的开始电压为-0.3及-0.6伏特(对飽和甘汞电極)。这二个極化波的高度在低濃度时是相等的,但当As (3+)濃度增加到1mM以上时,第一波的高度就不再增高。Lingane氏做了同样試驗,但加0.01％骨胶做極譜峰的抑制剂,这样所得二个極化波的开始电压为-0.4及-0.9伏

The polarographic analysis of arsenic in the literature is not too small, but the data published in the literature is extremely inconsistent. Kacirkova found that As (3+) showed two polarized waves in 1NHCI, and their starting voltages were -0.3 and -0.6 volts (for saturated calomel electrode). The heights of the two polarized waves are equal at low concentrations, but the height of the first wave no longer increases when the As (3+) concentration increases above 1 mM. Lingane made the same test, but added 0.01% bone glue as an inhibitor of the polarographic peak, so that the starting voltage of the two polarized waves obtained was -0.4 and -0.9 volts.
