研究了一种能够工作在C波段或C+L波段的带宽可选择的掺铒光纤放大自发辐射(ASE)光源。该光源采用双向抽运结构,并通过利用后向反馈技术结合光开关来实现波段选择。实验表明仅通过控制光开关的工作状态就可以交替获得25.9mW的C波段和22.5mW的C+L波段ASE谱。
A bandwidth-selective erbium-doped optical fiber amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) light source capable of operating in C-band or C + L-band is studied. The light source adopts a bi-directional pumping structure, and the band selection is realized by using the backward feedback technology combined with the optical switch. Experiments show that the ASE spectrum of C + L band of 25.9mW and C + L band of 22.5mW can be alternately obtained only by controlling the working state of the optical switch.
