研究了洋茉莉基荧光酮 (PIF)与钼 (VI)显色反应的适宜条件 ,实验结果表明 ,在PH =3的邻苯二甲酸氢钾—盐酸缓冲介质中 ,PIV与钼 (VI)生成较稳定的红色配合物 ,该配合物在 53 0 .0nm处有最大的吸收峰 ,表现摩尔吸光系数ε=3 .75× 1 0 4 L/ (mol.cm) ,钼 (VI)量在 1 0 -90ug/ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,此外还对外来离子的干扰进行了研究
The suitable conditions for the color reaction of melamine based fluorone (PIF) with molybdenum (VI) were studied.
