矿山局对铬铁矿和萤石的柱浮选和常规浮选法作了比较试验。去泥铬铁矿的微泡浮选柱浮选可得到含44.7%的 Cr_2O_3的粗精矿,87.1%的回收率。而常规浮选仅产生40.4%的 Cr_2O_3精矿,85.4%的回收率.不去泥的铬铁矿的浮选柱浮选也可得到高于常规浮选获得的结果。与常规浮选相比,浮选柱浮选可得到90.9%的 CaF_2粗精矿,86.8%的回收率,而常规浮选仅得到67%的 CaF_2粗精矿,90.4%的回收率。
Mines Bureau of chromite and fluorite column flotation and conventional flotation method made a comparative test. Go to chromite flotation column flotation microbubble flotation can be obtained with 44.7% of Cr 2 O 3 crude concentrate, 87.1% recovery. The conventional flotation only produces 40.4% of Cr 2 O 3 concentrate, 85.4% recovery.Non-to-mud chromite flotation column flotation can also get higher than the results obtained by conventional flotation. Compared with the conventional flotation, flotation column flotation can get 90.9% of the crude CaF 2 concentrate, 86.8% recovery, while conventional flotation only 67% of the crude CaF 2 concentrate, 90.4% recovery.
