本文在350三连扎实测数据的基础上,用Beadle模式和用带阻尼的高斯—牛预非线性回归分析法,建立了两种规格薄板的能耗模型。这项工作对完善三连扎工艺制度及最大限度地发挥设备潜力具有重要意义。
In this paper, based on the measured data of the third boll connection, the energy consumption models of two kinds of thin plates are established by the Beadle model and the Gaussian-bovine nonlinear regression analysis with damping. This work is of great significance for improving the system of three-tiered process and maximizing the potential of equipment.
