本文对Fx10.5t、Fx8.4t和Fx11.47t扁钢锭采用液芯加热及液芯轧制新工艺进行了生产试验总结。阐述了不同的加热工艺会取得不同的节能效果,指出快速加热法是进行液芯轧制的最佳方法。明确了钢锭带有8%以下的液芯率可进行轧制。采用该工艺既节省能源,又减少烧损、提高成坯率和均热炉生产能力,延长炉体寿命等,并且钢坯质量好,钢材性能不受影响,因而经济效益显著,是节能的有效方法。
In this paper, Fx10.5t, Fx8.4t and Fx11.47t flat steel ingot using liquid-core heating and liquid-core rolling a new production test summary. Different heating processes are illustrated to achieve different energy saving effects, and the rapid heating method is the best method for liquid core rolling. Clear steel ingot with 8% below the liquid core rate can be rolled. The use of the process not only saves energy, but also reduces the burning loss, improves the billet production rate and the soaking furnace production capacity, and prolongs the furnace body life, and the quality of the billet is good, the steel performance is not affected, and thus the economic benefit is remarkable, which is an effective energy saving method .
