在举国上下热烈庆祝华国锋同志任中共中央主席、中央军委主席,热烈庆祝以华主席为首的党中央粉碎王张江姚反党集团篡党夺权阴谋的伟大胜利的大好形势下,铁道部可控气氛热处理技术座谈会于一九七六年十二月二十至二十五日在戚墅堰举行。参加会议的有铁道部有关的工厂、科研单位和高等院校共二十三个单位,还邀请了上海交大、上海第二分析仪器厂和常州齿轮厂等八个兄弟单位参加了会议。出席会议的共有三十一个单位,与会代表五十八名。
He warmly celebrated Comrade Hua Guofeng’s appointment as chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Chairman of the Central Military Commission and warmly celebrated the excellent situation in which the party Central Committee headed by Chairman Hua led the smashing of the great victory of the Wangjiang Yao anti-Party clique in ushering in the plot to consign and seize power. The Ministry of Railways Atmospheric Heat Treatment Symposium was held at Qishuyan from December 20 to 25, 1976. Twenty-three units participated by the ministries, scientific research institutes and institutions of higher learning affiliated to the Ministry of Railways also invited eight sister units including Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai Second Analytical Instrument Factory and Changzhou Gear Factory to attend the conference. A total of 31 units attended the meeting, with 58 delegates attending the meeting.
