一、车削原理螺旋齿轮在放映机中起着传递动力的作用,提高螺旋齿轮的加工精度,保证机器运转正常,减少噪音和提高还音稳定性有重要作用。过去,我厂七头螺旋齿轮的加工是在C620车床上用单刀车削的。只要计算好螺旋齿轮的导程,配好挂轮即可一头一头的车削。螺旋齿轮的分头,是在床头上装上一个精确的七孔分度盘,车好一头进行一次分度。这样车削工效很低,每班只能车十多个,且精度差,齿距误差一般达0.05~0.08mm,更差的有达0.1mm以上,装在放映机上,传动起来时紧时松,机械声大,声音抖动也大。针对齿距误差大这个问题,我们采用七头刀排来加工。刀排的齿距误差一般在0.004mm以内,累积误差在0.007mm以内。计算好螺旋
