目的 观察不同程度吸入混合有机气体(甲醛、甲苯和二甲苯等)对小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法 置小鼠于充满3种不同浓度混合有机气体的玻璃缸内30min,用水迷宫装置测试小白鼠接触混合有机气体前后学习记忆的潜伏期,以此反映小鼠学习记忆能力的变化。结果 小鼠接触混合有机气体后学习记忆潜伏期明显延长,与接触混合有机气体前相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);且接触高浓度组与低浓度组相比,有显著性差别(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 小鼠接触混合有机气体后学习记忆能力降低,且随着浓度的增加下降幅度增大。
Objective To observe the effects of inhalation of mixed organic gases (formaldehyde, toluene, xylene, etc.) on learning and memory in mice. Methods The mice were filled with glass tubes mixed with three kinds of organic gases at different concentrations for 30 minutes. The labyrinth apparatus was used to test the latency of learning and memory of mice exposed to mixed organic gas, which could reflect the changes of learning and memory ability of mice. Results Compared with the control group, the latency of learning and memory in mice exposed to mixed organic gas significantly prolonged, compared with that before exposure to mixed organic gas (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Compared with the low concentration group Significant difference (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The learning and memory abilities of mice after exposure to mixed organic gases decrease, and decrease with increasing concentration.
