目前对釉质龋虽已进行了大量研究,但仍有许多问题不甚清楚。鉴于以往扫描电镜的观察多限于对龋或酸蚀牙的分别描述,本文试图通过自然龋和各种人工龋形态特点的比较,来探讨龋病的形成机理。研究方法是利用扫描电镜观察机械断裂法剖开的釉质龋损区,包括自然龋、人工龋、部分酸蚀牙和正常牙釉质,以进行对比分析,并探讨釉质表面形态变化、致龋因子侵入途径等问题。
Although a great deal of research has been done on enamel caries, many problems remain unclear. In view of the previous observation by scanning electron microscopy is mostly limited to the description of caries or acid etching teeth, this paper attempts to explore the mechanism of caries by comparing the characteristics of natural caries and various forms of artificial caries.
