低位直肠癌(距肛门8cm以内)以往多采用Miles术,但由于永久性结肠造瘘后,给患者带来痛苦和不便。近10年来,保留肛门括约肌功能手术在国外已广泛采用,约占此类手术的75～93%。我院近3年来对10例低位直肠癌患者行经肛门拖出吻合术,从而保留了肛门功能,疗效满意。现报告如下: 临床资料本组男性4例,女6例,年龄35～71岁,平均年龄54岁,肿瘤直径在3cm以内者5例,3cm以上5例,肿瘤边缘距齿线最近5cm,最远者8cm。本组病例1例为低分化腺癌,1例粘液癌,其余3例为腺癌。10
In the past, Miles was frequently used in low rectal cancer (less than 8 cm from the anus), but it caused pain and inconvenience to patients after permanent colostomy. In the past 10 years, surgery to retain anal sphincter has been widely used abroad, accounting for 75 to 93% of such surgeries. In the past 3 years, 10 cases of patients with low rectal cancer have been treated with anal cannulation and anastomosis in our hospital for the past 3 years. This has preserved the function of the anus and has satisfied results. The report is as follows: Clinical data The group of 4 males and 6 females, aged 35-71 years, mean age 54 years, tumor diameter within 3cm in 5 cases, 3cm above 5 cases, tumor edge from the tooth line closest 5cm, most 8cm far. One case of this group was poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, 1 case of mucinous carcinoma, and the remaining 3 cases were adenocarcinoma. 10
