一九六九年四月以来,某村陆续发现以头痛、头昏、嗜睡、视觉模糊、肌肉酸痛为特征的疾病,至七月死亡7人。同时,猪、狗亦发病。据该村居民云:一九六七、一九六八两年也发生过相似的疾病。各级领导机关非常重视这次疫情,迅速组织人员开展防治。在各级党委、革委的正确领导和重视关怀下,经过将近一年的工作,查清了病因,治愈了患者,采取了预防措施,终于消除了危害。自一九七○年至今,连续观察了六年,未见病情复发。现将防治情况报告如下。
