One of the important reasons for LNG to change from an unfamiliar abbreviation known only to a few people to a hot word widely mentioned in the news and mentioned by the industry is the pressure from the society, especially the shipping industry, to save energy and reduce emissions. The Ministry of Transport has put forward specific requirements on the reduction of inland river vessels. The International Maritime Organization and regional organizations have strictly restricted the emission of ships of international navigation. Failure to reach a standard implies a fine, meaning no entry. At present, there are few diesel engines capable of meeting IMO Tier III emission standards. LNG as a lively fuel on the surface of the race, in fact, a long way from large-scale application to go.
