This paper introduces the “five-day countermeasure” of the management method of judging the state of electrolyzer and the standardization of disposing of the electrolyzer in Tomo Komaki Plant in detail. It also analyzes the basic conception and implementation conditions of the method and puts forward some tentative plans for its application in our country.
