模态分析为明确太阳翼驱动机构的动态特性,找到机构的振动薄弱环节提供了一种方法。利用计算机仿真软件建立了机构的有限元模型,介绍了机构模型的建模技巧、建模过程、建模单元特性以及有限元模型的创建技巧。根据模态分析的理论对机构的有限元模型进行了约束模态分析,通过计算得出了机构前18阶模态的固有振动频率和振型,找到了机构振动的薄弱环节。
Modal analysis provides a method for clarifying the dynamic characteristics of the solar wing drive mechanism and finding the mechanism’s vibration weakness. The finite element model of the mechanism was established by using the computer simulation software. The modeling skills, modeling process, modeling unit characteristics and the creating techniques of the finite element model of the mechanism model were introduced. According to the modal analysis theory, the constrained modal analysis of the finite element model of the mechanism was carried out. The natural vibration frequencies and mode shapes of the first 18 modes of the mechanism were calculated and the weak links of the mechanism vibration were found.
