目的观察普米克令舒(普米克)氧驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的临床疗效。方法将患儿随机分为两组,在有效抗感染基础上,观察组采用普米克氧驱动雾化;对照组传统用静脉地塞米松。结果观察组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);在声嘶、犬吠样咳、喉鸣及呼吸困难消退时间亦均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普米克氧驱动雾化治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎局部抗炎作用强、起效快、安全性好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pulmicort respirator (Pulmicort) aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute infection laryngitis in children. Methods The children were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of effective anti-infection, the patients in the observation group were treated with pulmicort oxygen and the control group was treated with intravenous dexamethasone. Results The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The hoarseness, bark-like cough, laryngeal sounds and dyspnea were also shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pulmicort oxygenated aerosol treatment of acute laryngitis in children with local anti-inflammatory effect of strong, fast onset, good safety.
