我单位一台作为除尘风机用的225kW交流异步电动机,型号JS126-4,△接法,绕组内部并头,4极,额定电流398A,重量1.5t。因故停开数月,当需运行作例行检查时,用500V兆欧表测量电机绕组对地绝缘电阻力0,用MF47型万用表R×100档测量绝缘电阻力800Ω。经检查是受潮所致。按常规做法,需拆下烘干检修。由于此电机体积大,自重重,相连设备及电机拆装都不便,而且也没有这么大的烘箱,检修时间也较长。
