Reasonable denture design will affect the health of oral supporting tissue andrelate to the success and failure of prosthodontic.In order to investigate the stressdistribute of oral supporting tissues with three various designs under conditions ofvertical loading,we measured the model of the loss of lower first molar with 3-D co-ordinate measuring apparatus,and did analogue denture design with auto-CAD soft-ware system in computer.All models were analyzed with Super-SAP finite elementprogram.In each case,150N vertical loading was applied on the second premolar,
