P物质(Substance P,SP)是由11个氨基酸组成的神经肽.早在1931年由Von Euiet和Gaddum首先提取并描述其功能,但直至七十年代才由Leeman和Carraway阐明其结构并人工合成,使SP的研究得以迅速发展.近年来多数学者认为SP可能是一种神经递质或是一种调节物质,既在痛觉的调制中起着重要作用,又在血压调节中占有重要地位,同时对垂体前叶激素的分泌也参与调控作用.本研究是为了进一步探讨SP在正常妊娠血浆及胎盘和子宫内膜、蜕膜中存在的意义,采用特异的放射免疫测定法观察了健康未孕妇女血浆和子宫内膜,正常孕妇血浆及早期胎盘中SP水平的变化,并对妊娠晚期母体血浆、胎盘绒毛和脐血中SP水平加以比较,以进一步探讨SP在妊娠中的作用.
