二苯并-18-冠-6与七种脂肪族二元酸在多聚磷酸中发生酰化反应, 生成酮型的冠醚聚合物(系列Ⅰ)。这种聚合物在乙二醇单甲醚中用硼氢化 钠还原,生成相应的醇型聚合物(系列Ⅱ)。

Dibenzo-18-crown-6 acylates with seven aliphatic dibasic acids in polyphosphoric acid to produce the keto-type crown ether polymer (Series I). This polymer is reduced with sodium borohydride in ethylene glycol monomethyl ether to form the corresponding alcoholic polymer (Series II).
