介绍了以菲利蒲ＰＷ－１４０４型Ｘ射线荧光光谱仪、粉末稀释法测定钐铕钆富集物中１０种稀土元素的方法。该法快速、准确，能满足生产与科研的要求。
A method for the determination of ten kinds of rare earth elements in samarium-europium-gadolinium enrichment by using Philippe PW-1404 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and powder dilution method is introduced. The method is fast and accurate and can meet the requirements of production and scientific research.
