2006年中国临床试验注册与发表协作网(ChiCTRPC)创建并发表第1次声明(《成都宣言》)以来[1-2],临床试验注册逐渐被我国医学界知晓。2010年ChiCTRPC成员杂志召开第2次会议,重申发表伦理的重要性并赋予其新内涵,即编辑利用已有的临床试验注册和伦理审查平台和资源,从入口、过程和出口三个环节实时监督临床试验质量[3]。2011年5月6日ChiCTRPC成员第3次会议再次提
Since the establishment and publication of the first statement (“Chengdu Declaration”) by ChiCTRPC in 2006 [1-2], the registration of clinical trials has gradually become known to the medical community in our country.
