应用巯甲丙脯酸治疗充血性心力衰竭(附23例临床报告)

甲丙脯酸(Captopril)是一种血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。除用于高肾素型高血压的治疗外,对慢性充血性心力衰竭(以下简称心衰)也有显著的临床疗效。近五年来我们在临床应用Cap加地高辛(Digoxin)联合治疗心衰23例,现对其临床效果总结如下。资料及方法病例选择:均为住院患者,随机分为治疗及对照两组,治疗组23例,男15例,女8例,平均年龄60 Captopril is an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. In addition to the treatment of high renin hypertension, chronic congestive heart failure (hereinafter referred to as heart failure) also have significant clinical efficacy. In the past five years, we have used Cap in combination with digoxin to treat 23 cases of heart failure. The clinical results are summarized as follows.
