一、对象 1986年6月～1987年8月发生的急性心肌梗塞患者30例。均具有典型的急性心肌梗塞的临床表现及心电图特征。血清谷一草转氨酶均升高。男21例,女9例。年龄46～70岁。60～70岁者21例,占70%。前壁梗塞15例,前间壁9例,下壁6例。二、方法血液标本用肝素常规抗凝。全血比粘度用江苏无锡县电子仪器二厂出产
