直流电击(DCS)是目前除颤的唯一有效手段,但其机理未明。有认为电击使颤动心室中除处于绝对不应期心肌外的所有其它可兴奋心肌同时除极,从而使全部心室肌均处于绝对不应期而除颤。但该论点至今尚缺乏实验依据。本实验采用临床应用的不同DCS强度,观察DCS落于心室肌的不同时相对跨膜电位各参数及兴奋性的影响。
DC (DCS) is the only effective means of defibrillation at present, but its mechanism is not clear. There is that the electric shock in the ventricular fibrillation in addition to absolutely refractory myocardium in addition to all other excitable myocardium at the same time depolarization, so that all ventricular muscles are in absolute refractory period and defibrillation. However, the argument is still lack of experimental basis. In this experiment, different DCS intensities in clinical application were used to observe the effects of DCS on the parameters and excitability of transmembrane potential at different time points of ventricular myocytes.
