姜堰市德大调味品有限公司(原姜堰市酱醋厂)自从粮食价格放开以来,由于自身体制、机制和经营管理不适应改革开放和市场经济发展要求,连续几年经营亏损,仅120人的小厂累计亏损近60万元。从1997年初开始,新的领导班子一手抓改革,一手抓发展,外争市场,内增活力,各项工作走上正轨,当年甩掉亏损帽子。改制后的1998年1-10月盈利1.33万元。企业呈现良性发展势头。该企业在扭亏上走了七招棋:
Jiangyan Deda Condiment Co., Ltd. (formerly Jiangyan Sauce & Vinegar Factory) has been operating for several consecutive years because of its own system, mechanism, and operation management that have not been adapted to the requirements of reform, opening up, and market economy development since the release of grain prices. The 120-person small factory accumulated a loss of nearly 600,000 yuan. Since the beginning of 1997, the new leadership team has focused on reforms, made developments on one hand, and competed outside the market to increase vitality. All work went on track and the loss of hats was eliminated. In the January-October of 1998, the profit was RMB 13,300. The company has shown positive development momentum. The company took a seven-fold move on the losing side:
