The overall situation is still oversupply, and some product markets tend to be prosperous. There are basically no off-sale supplies. According to the information from the National Bureau of Commerce’s Business Information Center, the overall market for residential decoration products in China this year is still oversupply, and some products have become more prosperous. In the first half of 1997, the home furnishing supplies were basically balanced in supply and demand of white glazed tiles, colored glazed tiles, washbasins, water tanks, parquet floors, grindstone tiles, and ceramic mosaics; the wallpaper and plastic flooring markets exceeded supply.
