小口径锅炉钢管自动焊以前是广泛采用闪光对焊。但从闪光对焊的装置结构、规模来看,不适用于复杂形状钢管的焊接,而且适用的钢种也很有限。因此,锅炉和原子能热交换器的小口径蛇形管及小口径合金钢管的焊接应采用小型、轻便的小口径环缝自动焊装置。1)焊接装置焊机头是安装在钢管的外圆上,电极和焊丝是绕着钢管而转动。采用TIG 焊接(钨极惰性气体保护电弧焊)。2)焊接条件厚度为4毫米的0.5Mo 钢钢管水平焊接时,焊第一层和焊第二层的最佳焊接工况可参阅图1和图2。
Small-caliber boiler pipe before the automatic welding is widely flash. However, flash butt welding device structure, size, not suitable for the welding of complex shape steel pipe, and the applicable steel is also very limited.
