目前锅炉制造业中广泛采用管子的闪光焊。这种焊接方法的缺点是形成难于去除的内毛刺。在个别情况下,由于毛刺清除不良会在接头附近形成蜂窝。高频碰焊是无毛刺的焊接方法之一。由于采用高频碰焊,管子内表面的加热集中以及温度梯度较大,逐为塑性变形创造了必要的条件[1]。这样就使管壁向外变形并保持管内通径(图1)。这一焊接方法在苏联和其他一些资本主义国家获得应用。本文是一篇评述性文章,介绍各国试验研究的成果。
Currently widely used in the boiler manufacturing flash tube welding. The disadvantage of this soldering method is the formation of internal burrs that are difficult to remove. In some cases, honeycombs may form near the joint due to poor deburring. High-frequency welding is one of the welding methods without burrs. As the use of high-frequency touch welding, the tube surface heating and concentration of large temperature gradient, by the plastic deformation by the necessary conditions [1]. This deforms the tube wall outwardly and maintains the inside diameter of the tube (Figure 1). This method of welding is used in the Soviet Union and other capitalist countries. This article is a commentary that describes the results of pilot studies in various countries.
