职业教育必须突破由被动适应产业发展到主动引导产业发展的理念转变,积极进行结构转型与制度转型。本文运用制度变迁理论分析了老工业基地转型升级对职业教育体制机制变革的诉求,并在现有制度体系供给分析的基础上对辽宁职业教育制度转型发展提出了对策与建议。
Vocational education must make breakthroughs in the concept change from passive industrial development to active industrial development, and actively carry out structural transformation and institutional transformation. In this paper, we use the theory of institutional change to analyze the demands of transformation and upgrading of the old industrial bases on the reform of the system and mechanisms of vocational education. Based on the analysis of the existing institutional system, we provide some countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and development of the vocational education system in Liaoning Province.
