There is such a resource in an organization. It is contained in the human body, is dominated by mental energy and appears under certain conditions. It is invisible to the visible and measurable resources such as capital, plant, machinery and equipment, and is difficult to measure and evaluate. We call the intangible resources that enterprises feel or cannot feel in resource allocation as “invisible resources.” Invisible resources and what we usually call “human resources” are two different concepts. Human resources refer to the subjective resources that have been marketized. They are production materials produced by the education sector through input-output activities (Schultz, 1971).
