目的:探讨非侵袭型鼻窦真菌病的病因、诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析我科近6年来采用鼻内窥镜术治疗的11例本病患者。结果:11例均治愈。术后定期在鼻内窥镜下换药,9例见术腔粘膜水肿轻,窦口通畅,窦内未见菌团;2例于术后初期见上颌窦内仍有较多干酪样物,经多次换药吸净窦内菌团及上颌窦冲洗,出院时术腔干净。10例随访6个月～5年未见复发,1例失访。结论:鼻内窥镜术为治疗本病的基本术式,彻底清除病灶、纠正鼻腔结构异常及恢复鼻窦纤毛清除功能为其治疗原则。
Objective: To investigate the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of non-invasive sinusitis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our department in the past 6 years using endoscopic sinus surgery in 11 patients with the disease. Results: All 11 cases were cured. After surgery, the dressing was changed regularly under nasal endoscopy. In 9 cases, the mucosal edema in the cavity was light and the ostium was unobstructed. No bacterial mass was found in the sinus. In the early postoperative period, there were still more cheese samples in the maxillary sinus, After several dressing suction sinus net bacterial flora and maxillary sinus flushing, the discharge cavity clean. Ten patients were followed up for 6 months to 5 years, no recurrence, 1 patient lost. Conclusion: Nasal endoscopy for the treatment of the disease of the basic surgical procedures, complete removal of the lesion to correct nasal abnormalities and restore the function of the sinuses ciliary clearance treatment principle.
