信息技术课程早在1999年国家教育部就已决定将其纳入中小学必修课程。面向21世纪,且先不说参与国际竞争,哪怕就是一个普通国民如果不能掌握必要的信息技术知识和技能,那他的日常生活都可能会受到影响,所以进行必要的信息技术基础教育是提高全民素质、培养具有信息素质和创造素质的新型人才的一项重要举措。在我国,虽然信息技术课程普及到中小学已经有近13年的时间,甚至一些经济和教育水平较发达的地区普及时间都大大超过了上述事件。尤其在江苏这样的经济较发达的省份,信息技术课程在义务教育阶段普及和深入的程度更是很明显的。所以作为一名普通初中信息技术的教师来说,我深感信息技术这门课程越来越难以把握,尤其是近几年,换句话说要想上好是不容易的。首先对目前而言中小学信息技术
