前言碳钢经渗硼后具有高硬度(Hv1200~2000),高耐磨性和较高的疲劳强度。渗硼法在各种工模具中得到了广泛的应用。我厂所采用的低碳化硼膏体渗硼法的主要特点是碳化硼含量低(仅10%)、渗硼时可不加任何填充料、设备简单,普通箱式炉便可渗硼,渗剂翻新后可连续用多次,更可贵的是能够获得含少量 FeB 的硼化二铁(Fe_2 B)相渗硼层。根据我厂十年来对无缝钢管冷拔模具以及铸钢轧辊的渗硼实践证明,冷拔模渗硼后较气体渗碳寿命提高约5倍,而70Mn_2 铸钢轧辊渗硼
