板带材沿纵向厚度的均匀性,是冷轧薄带钢质量的重要指标,它直接影响各机械工业的生产效率和产品质量,不断提高这一指标,是冷轧机自动化的一个主要目的。在冷轧生产过程中,影响带钢厚差的因素很多,而板坯纵向厚差、机械强度不均和轧机的弹跳特性及轧辊的偏心,是造成带材厚度偏差的主要原因。厚差的产生,直接反映出轧制力的变化,如何实现随轧制过程中轧制力的波动,及时地调整辊缝,以减小(或消除)出口带材厚度偏差,是研究轧机厚控系统的出发点。
The uniformity of strip thickness in the longitudinal direction is an important index for the quality of cold-rolled thin strip steel. It directly affects the production efficiency and product quality of various machinery industries. Continuously improving this index is one of the main purposes of cold rolling mill automation.
