分别采用磨损试验机、金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)等研究了两种热处理工艺下的钢球显微组织对磨损量的影响。结果表明,硬度较大的含马氏体组织的钢球磨损量较大,而硬度相对较低的回火马氏体+残留奥氏体磨损量较低。钢球的磨损机理以剥落方式为主,这说明钢球的耐磨性与显微组织有直接关系。
The effects of the microstructure of the steel balls on the wear amount under two heat treatment processes were studied respectively with a wear tester, a metallographic microscope and a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the hardness of the martensite-containing steel ball is larger, while the wear resistance of the tempered martensite + retained austenite with relatively lower hardness is lower. Ball wear mechanism to peel off the main method, indicating that the wear resistance of steel balls and the microstructure has a direct relationship.
