我国的 MBA 教育已经有十年历史,累计招收学生达4万多人,毕业生总数接近2万人,这个数字应该说不小了,可是中国本土培养出来的 MBA 成为合格职业经理人的却很少,真正出类拔萃的大腕更是凤毛麟角,社会对 MBA 学生的热情日减,认为不少MBA 学生在实际工作中的作用没有当初预想的那么大。造成这种状况的原因虽然是多方面的,但招考制度和培养方式的滞后恐怕是核心原因。
