百年大计,教育为本。教育之计,教师为本。近年来,由于社会对应用型专业人才的大量需求,我国高等职业教育发展十分迅速,为我国经济发展做出了重要贡献。然而,职业院校中具有“双师型”特点的教师队伍建设问题制约着高等职业教育的发展。众所周知,教师发展是教育发展的基础,教育的不断发展又要求教师不断的发展,为了更好满足职业教育的发展,研究“双师型”教师队伍建设具有很大的现实意义和实际价值。本文首先对“双师型”教师的内涵和“双师型”
