Speech is the material basis for the existence of language. English phonetic teaching is the first level of English teaching. Speech has an impact on the development of various skills such as speaking, listening and reading. According to the investigation and research on the two-level differentiation of English teaching, both the macro-level two-level differentiation and the micro-level two-level differentiation are related to voice teaching.
