系统性红斑性狼疮表现震颤麻痹比较少见,本院收治一例报告如下: 王某某,女,43岁。两年前开始发生左手震颤,搓丸样,往往在静止状态下发生,意向运动时消失情绪激动时加剧,同时出现左手动作笨拙,左下肢,活动受限。步态呈小步,躯干前倾,行走时上肢联管运动消失。约在当年两手背部出现皮疹,不痛不痒,当时疑为“冻疮”。皮疹往往在冬季加重,夏季减轻甚至消失。入院前四个月两手背皮疹加重。最近半个月出现低热,食欲不振,全身乏力,腰部疼痛,面部及下肢浮肿,小便发黄。右手也有轻微震颤,动作笨拙。既往史、个人史、家族史无特殊。体格检查:头面部及五官除两上睑水肿外,面颊部轻度毛细带扩张其余未见异常,无红斑。甲状腺不大。两肺阴
