目的:研究三七总皂苷缓控释制剂中3种主要成分释放曲线的同步性。方法:测定3种主要成分在水中的溶解速率;制备三七总皂苷微孔渗透泵片、亲水凝胶骨架片、水不溶性骨架片、溶蚀型骨架片等缓控释剂型,测定在水中的累积释放度,采用f2因子法评价累积释放曲线的相似性。结果:三七总皂苷3种成分在水中溶解曲线相似;溶蚀型骨架片、不溶型骨架片、微孔膜渗透泵片及亲水凝胶骨架片3种成分累积释药曲线相似度依次降低。结论:三七总皂苷溶蚀型骨架片及不溶性骨架片3种成分释放同步性较好。
Objective: To study the synchronicity of the release profiles of three main components in the controlled release of Panax notoginseng saponins. Methods: The dissolution rate of three main components in water was determined. The preparation of Panax Notoginseng total saponin microporous osmotic pump tablets, hydrophilic gel matrix tablets, water insoluble matrix tablets, dissolution matrix tablets and other controlled release dosage forms were determined in water Cumulative release, using f2 factor method to evaluate the similarity of cumulative release curve. Results: The dissolution profiles of three components of Panax notoginseng saponins in water were similar. The similarities of cumulative release curves of three components of dissolution-type matrix tablets, insoluble matrix tablets, microporous membrane osmotic pump tablets and hydrophilic gel matrix tablets decreased in turn. Conclusion: There is a good synchronization between the three components of the total saponins of Panax notoginseng and the insoluble matrix tablets.
