大学英语听说课旨在培养学生跨文化交际的能力,听(语言输入)后,继而说(信息输出),达到用目的语进行有效交流的目的。但在实际教学中,因为种种原因只加强了听的练习,说的训练却远远落后。我校使用的是上海外语教育出版社出版的《大学英语听说》教程,是一部很好的听说教材,但丰富的语言材料和有限的课时是难以调和的矛盾。最近在美国教学界兴起的翻转课堂教学法(flipped classroom)为解决这对矛盾提供了可行性尝试。翻转课堂教学法是指教师将制作好的教学视频上传给学生,
College English Listening and Speaking Course aims to cultivate students’ ability of intercultural communication. After listening to (inputting of language), then speaking (information output), the purpose of effective communication in the target language is achieved. However, in actual teaching, because of various reasons, only the practice of listening is strengthened, and training is far behind. My school is using Shanghai Foreign Language Education Publishing House published “college English listening and speaking” tutorial, is a good listening and teaching materials, but rich language materials and limited hours is difficult to reconcile the contradiction. The recent flipped classrooms that have emerged in the teaching profession in the United States provide a viable solution to these contradictions.
